• 1. Product Demonstration & Customer Consulting
• Arrange and conduct virtual or in-person Product Demos.
• Present Better HR’s key solutions, including Attendance, Leave Management, Payroll, and other HR modules.
• Consult clients on suitable solutions based on their needs and communicate the business value & potential ROI.
• Handle objections and guide prospects through the buying journey to close Trial deals.
• 2. Negotiation & Deal Closure
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to gather client feedback and address concerns during the sales process.
• Drive deals to Closure and ensure a win-win outcome for both the client and Better HR.
• 3. Client Outreach & Relationship Building
• Proactively reach out to potential clients and introduce Better HR’s HR & Payroll platform.
• Understand clients’ business needs, HR challenges, and pain points.
• Tailor communication and recommendations to each client’s specific needs.
• 4. Drive Revenue Growth & Achieve Sales Targets
• Take ownership of individual Sales Targets & Revenue Growth.
• Proactively reach out to potential clients and maintain consistent daily sales activities.
• Conduct client meetings to introduce Better HR and identify sales opportunities.
• Build and manage a strong Sales Pipeline to ensure a steady flow of Qualified Prospects.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales/Consulting (B2B, SaaS, Education, or related industries is highly preferred)
• Good English communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Results-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about developing high performing teams.
