Tuyển dụng Internal Accountant - Kế Toán Nội Bộ tại Hồ Chí Minh

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Internal Accountant to support the company's daily accounting operations, financial record keeping, document control, and administrative accounting activities.

The role will evolve alongside business needs and offers opportunities to gain exposure to different areas of accounting, inventory control, and financial administration.

General Duties/Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounting entries for receipts and payments, accounts receivable/payable, payroll and bonuses, and project expenses.
• Manage invoices, supporting documents, and service contracts, ensuring they are legally compliant and valid.
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable with customers, suppliers, and outsourced partners.
• Prepare management reports on cash inflows/outflows, receivables/payables, campaign expenses, and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statements (P&L) and Balance Sheets, and analyze variances to support management in business operations and decision-making.
• Support tax-related activities. (Candidates without prior experience will be provided with training.)
• Coordinate with relevant departments to control campaign budgets and ensure expenses are accurate, necessary, and reasonable.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience; tax reporting experience is a plus.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Taxation, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of accounting standards and relevant regulations.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (MISA, FAST, etc.).
• Good analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
• Good English communication skills for working and reporting with foreign managers.
• Proactive, independent, detail-oriented, and responsible.
