To analyze and improve Sales and CRM processes across Feed and Food businesses, translating business needs into clear functional requirements for SAP/ERP and integrated in-house applications. The role supports solution delivery, business adoption and continuous improvement from requirement discovery through UAT and post-go-live support.

MAIN DUTIES:

1. Business Analysis & Discovery: Work with Business Owners and Sales/Commercial stakeholders to understand business problems, analyze current and target processes, clarify scope and define expected business outcomes.

2. Functional Design: Translate approved needs into business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, process flows and data definitions for Sales & CRM capabilities.

3. Solution Delivery & Integration: Collaborate with R&D and relevant technology teams to clarify requirements, define API and data integration needs, validate solution logic and manage requirement changes during delivery.

4. UAT & Business Adoption: Prepare and coordinate UAT with Business Owners, support issue resolution and sign-off, provide user guidance and follow up adoption after deployment.

5. Functional Support & Continuous Improvement: Provide functional L2/L3 support for complex process or logic incidents, perform root-cause analysis and recommend improvements based on business impact and user feedback.

6. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Maintain functional documentation, process guides and structured handover materials for the Digi Service team and relevant stakeholders.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or a relevant discipline.

- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, software implementation, ERP/CRM, Sales Operations or another relevant technology/business role.

- Alternative Backgrounds: Candidates from Development, Testing, ERP Consulting, Key User or Business Operations backgrounds may be considered if they demonstrate strong Business Analyst competencies.

- Business Analysis: Ability to analyze processes, identify the underlying problem, define business rules and translate needs into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Sales & CRM Knowledge: Understanding of customer management, sales forecasting, pricing and promotion, order-to-cash, credit/collection or customer service processes. Relevant domain experience is preferred, not mandatory.

- Systems & Integration: Experience with SAP SD, ERP Sales, CRM or integrated business applications is preferred. Ability to understand APIs and data mapping is an advantage.

- Documentation: Ability to prepare functional specifications, process flows, user guides and UAT materials.

- English Communication: Good English communication skills, including reading technical documents, preparing business/functional documentation and communicating effectively with technical teams and external partners.

- SQL: Data analysis and business logic validation using SQL is an advantage.
