Tuyển dụng Builder Engineer US Factory tại Hưng Yên

Job Responsibilities

Set up, debug, and qualify mechanical automation equipment, jigs, and fixtures used in assembly processes to meet technical and production requirements.

Support new production line setup and new product launches, including studying new technologies and implementing them in manufacturing.

Collaborate with Tooling Engineers to review jig and tool designs, conduct trial runs, and validate new equipment before mass production.

Work with external suppliers to develop, install, debug, and optimize machines, jigs, tools, and fixtures.

Prepare detailed technical requirements, machine operation instructions, and equipment setup documentation.

Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and assembly-related issues during trial production and pre-mass-production phases.

Analyze production problems and implement corrective actions to improve product quality, productivity, equipment capability, and cost efficiency.

Collaborate with Process Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to resolve recurring issues and improve manufacturing processes.

Provide technical support to suppliers during equipment setup, machine trials, and project implementation.

Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in equipment setup, tooling, jig and fixture development, or manufacturing engineering.

Experience in electronics manufacturing is preferred.

Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites, regional operations, or global engineering projects is an advantage.

Willingness to travel for project implementation and technical support.

Technical Skills

Ability to read and create technical drawings.

Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and production equipment.

Proficiency in CAD software such as Siemens NX or Autodesk Inventor.

Good command of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills are preferred.

Language & Personal Skills

Good English communication skills; Japanese or Chinese is an advantage.

Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

High level of confidentiality, initiative, accountability, attention to detail, and integrity.

Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
