POSITION OVERVIEW

• The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Phu Quoc Branch, ensuring that daily activities are carried out efficiently and in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.
• Working closely with the Regional Sales team and Head Office functions, the role coordinates branch operations, supports business activities and resolves operational issues to ensure the smooth running of the branch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Coordinate the activities of Warehouse, Customer Service, Delivery and other supporting functions to ensure effective collaboration.
• Ensure branch operations are carried out in compliance with the Company’s policies, procedures and operational standards.
• Monitor warehouse operations, inventory accuracy and branch assets to support efficient day-to-day operations.
• Resolve operational issues in a timely and practical manner.
• Work closely with the Regional Sales team and Head Office functions to support business and operational needs.
• Coordinate branch asset management and periodic stocktakes in accordance with Company policies.
• Liaise with local authorities and external parties when required.
• What we are looking for?
• Experience in branch operations, warehouse operations, distribution or logistics, preferably within FMCG or related industries.
• Experience supervising or coordinating a small to medium-sized operational team.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control and branch administration.
• Strong coordination and practical problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, well-organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions.
• Willing to be based in Phu Quoc.

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive fixed salary.
• Lunch allowance: 50,000 VND/day from Monday to Friday
• 13th-month salary bonus.
• Year-end performance bonus: 1 - 2 months’ salary (subject to the Company’s business performance)
• Full salary during 60-day probation period.
• Full salary-based social insurance, accident insurance during probation, and Bảo Việt health insurance after signing the labor contract.
• Annual leave: 20 - 23 days/year.

Working hours

8 AM - 5 PM (Monday to Friday), half-day on Saturdays.
