Job Title: Graphic Design Manager

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Head of Sales and Marketing

Work Location: 44B Nguyen Van Troi Phu Nhuan, HCM

I. JOB OBJECTIVES

Lead the development and execution of creative design and visual communication for the company and its projects, ensuring brand consistency, high creative standards, and effective support for marketing and sales activities.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead creative direction and visual development for corporate branding, real estate projects, project launches, and marketing campaigns.

- Develop and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all communication channels.

- Manage the design and production of marketing and sales materials, including brochures, sales kits, presentations, key visuals, billboards, hoardings, signage, POSM, and event materials.

- Develop creative assets for websites, social media, digital advertising, EDMs, and other digital campaigns.

- Review and ensure the accuracy and quality of floor plans, master plans, location maps, 3D renderings, and other project-related materials.

- Manage the creative process from concept development to final artwork and production, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

- Lead and manage the in-house design team, including workload allocation, coaching, and performance management.

- Manage creative agencies, printers, production houses, photographers, and other external vendors.

- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Project Development, Digital Marketing, and other teams to translate business objectives into effective creative solutions.

- Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and AI-assisted creative tools to continuously improve creative quality and efficiency.

III. REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or an equivalent qualification.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including experience in a senior or team-lead role.

- Experience in real estate/property development, hospitality, luxury brands, or advertising agencies is preferred.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in branding, marketing campaigns, digital content, and print materials.

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; knowledge of Figma, After Effects, or video editing is an advantage.

- Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, attention to detail, and quality-control skills.

- Good project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills, able to work effectively across functions while supporting and motivating team members to achieve common goals.

- Good command of English.

IV. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Salary: Attractive and competitive with the market.

- Probation Salary: 90% of the official salary.

- Phone Allowance: Provided according to Company policy.

- Working Days: Monday to Friday; Saturday and Sunday off.

- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.

- 13th-Month Salary: Subject to the Company’s business performance.
