Mô tả công việc Associate, PMO - Business Development, ShopeeFood

Build, organize and optimize end-to-end SOP, including planning, workflow designing and training.

Identify operational and structural points for system improvement

Work together with multiple stakeholders to roll out projects.

Monitor processes and coordinate with other stakeholders to handle daily issues.

Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making and initiatives

Assist PMO Leader in keeping track of project progress and deliverables.

Yêu cầu công việc

Must-have

  • Minimum 02 years of experience in tech start-up environment.
  • Critical thinking, attention to details & numerical skill.
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Office and Google applications
  • Intermediate English reading & writing
  • Fast-learning and a Can-do attitude

Plus

  • SQL
  • Fluent written English
  • Data-driven and product mindset
  • Previous research experience
