Assistant Manager, PMO Operations - ShopeeFood

We are looking for an Operation Excellence Lead to drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement across key operations.
Drive operational performance through new projects, SOP enhancements and AI adoption
Oversee and optimize productivity in merchant operations, procurement, finance, and customer service.
Monitor operational metrics to identify improvement areas and drive data-informed decisions.
Manage risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations to enhance operational outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish, update, and implement company policies and procedures.
Lead the development of the Operations team, ensuring performance aligns with business goals.
Foster a culture of growth, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

7+ years in Operations, Project Management, with 3+ years in senior roles preferred.
Strong expertise in data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in AI tool development is a plus
Resilient, adaptable, and solution-oriented in fast-paced settings.
Fluent in English.
