Experience

• Typically 0–2 years of relevant experience in software development, project coordination, or agile environment
• Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering

Meet with business leaders and users to document clear project goals and technical specifications.

System Analysis

Review existing software architectures to spot performance issues, security gaps, or areas for optimization.

Technical Documentation

Create detailed functional designs, user stories, and Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents.

Cross-Functional Liaison

Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical teams and communicate business needs clearly to developers.

Testing and Support

• Participate in code reviews, coordinate defect tracking with quality assurance teams, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Qualifications & Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills

Experience with programming and query languages like SQL, Python, Java, or C#, plus database management.

Soft Skills

Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and verbal or written communication skills.

Experience

• Ranging from entry-level positions to senior analyst roles requiring 3 to 5+ years of technical or software development background

• This role supports an ITAR-compliant client account with specific security and work authorization requirements:
• Must be ITAR-compliant and able to provide proof of citizenship.

Work Environment

• remote, US (Connecticut based preferred)
• Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $50,500 - $93,800.
