Robot Sales Engineer to develop sales opportunities, promote robot solutions, provide technical consulting on automation applications, prepare commercial proposals, manage customer relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Job Responsibilities
• 1. Sales Development
• Identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities in manufacturing industries.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging automation applications.
• Promote robot solutions to End Users, System Integrators, Dealers, and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets.
• 2. Technical Consulting
• Understand customer production processes and automation requirements.
• Propose suitable robot applications, including: o Welding o Machine tending o Palletizing o Material handling o Assembly o Vision-guided automation
• Coordinate with application engineers to develop technical solutions.
• 3. Commercial Activities
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, scope, delivery schedules, and contract terms.
• Follow up on orders and coordinate internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• 4. Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Record and manage opportunities through CRM tools.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and market feedback to management.
• 5. Reporting
• Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
• Report market insights, competitor information, and project status to management.
• Necessary Skill / Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical disciplines

English

Business level (mandatory)

Experience

• From 3+ years in technical sales, automation sales, robot applications, or related industrial equipment sales
• Experience working with industrial robots, automation systems, PLCs, machine builders, or system integrators is preferred.
• Basic understanding of industrial robots, factory automation, manufacturing processes, robot applications and system integration
• Ability to discuss technical concepts with engineering teams and customers
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills
• Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving ability
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Passion for industrial technology and automation
• Continuous learning orientation
• Preferable Skill/ Experience
• Japanese, Chinese, or Korean language skills are an advantage
