Production Engineer Leader to oversee production engineering operations, maintain equipment, implement continuous improvements, and ensure production efficiency for electrical wire and cable manufacturing.
Working Location:
Duong Hao Ward, Hung Yen Province
Monthly Salary:
20,000,000 ~ 25,000,000 VND Gross
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for production engineering related tasks in the factory (design drawings, machine installation, repair, molds, jigs, etc.)
Plan and perform machine and equipment maintenance work
Set up production lines for new products
Implement continuous improvements to reduce defects and enhance production line efficiency
Prepare weekly/monthly reports directly to the Factory Director and General Director
Maintain ISO system and 5S of the department
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
Necessary Skill / Experience:
Education Background:
Bachelor's degree/college degree in engineering
Experience:
At least 3 years of production engineering experience in Japanese manufacturing companies in connector cable, USB cable, multicore cable production
Language Skills:
Japanese - Business level for work, English - Conversational level (reading comprehension for technical drawings and documents)
Understanding of molds, jigs, welding machines, casting machines, stamping machines
Able to use AutoCAD for technical drawings of connection cables and electronic components
Proficient in office IT: AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint
Dynamic, honest, hardworking, careful, high sense of responsibility
