Operations Manager to manage and improve operational performance, ensure smooth service delivery, develop the operations team, and support sustainable business growth.
Working Location:
Gia Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (Distributors)
Monthly Salary:
26,000,000～39,000,000VND
Job Responsibilities
Manage daily operations in the warehouse
Manage facility and equipment maintenance operations, including supervision of security, office cleaning, landscaping, and related service providers
Create and manage budget plans for company activities
Manage human resources, including receiving, storage, and shipping
Oversee quick freezing operations and reception (handling of goods)
Perform final verification of documentation
Handle accounting and budget-related tasks (if applicable)
- Education:
Bachelor's degree
- Language:
Fluent communication skills in English or Japanese (reading, writing, conversation)
- Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Deep knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control
Knowledge of safety regulations and equipment maintenance
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Preferable Skill/ Experience
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field
Has good knowledge of frozen warehouse operations
