Senior Sales Executive/ Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new customers, expanding strategic accounts, and achieving sustainable revenue targets.
Working Location:
Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi City
Monthly Salary:
23,000,000～45,000,000VND
Achieve set Sales targets
Identify, approach, and develop new A & B customers (C customers can also be considered if regular volume)
Maintain and develop existing accounts
Prepare service proposals and supervise implementation of new business
Act as an escalation channel for shipment handling (In case the customer escalates to Sales)
Integrate and perform contributively in the sales team while keeping in line with strategy and general policy, develop and optimize the profitability of the Vietnam region and overall sales activity
Generate sales leads for companies of the group and affiliates, and handle, monitor and follow up on sales leads generated by the group of companies and its affiliates
Develop new business opportunities
Follow and update market information and competitor actions
Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels
Meet existing and potential customers to build a positive, strong customer relationship
Prepare sales presentations and participate in sales meetings
Identify potential new customers (A & B customers) and the key decision maker & influencer within the organizations
Create development plans and forecast growth projections
Support Trade-Lane by aligning with overseas Sales and Branches to generate opportunities and onboard new business
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
College degree or above.
Language:
Business proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Experience:
From 3 to 5 years of previous experience as a Business Development/ Sales Executive in Logistics/Forwarding.
Be strong at business development tasks
Good Microsoft Office operation skills
Ability to work on own initiative and build good relationships with customers
Strong independent problem-solving capabilities
Excellent presentation and attention to detail
Strategy-oriented to increase the company's targets
Very customer-oriented team player
