• is looking for a Senior Technical Sales to develop new B2B customers, provide technical solutions, and drive product commercialization in the fertilizer, crop nutrition, and agrochemical markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and develop new B2B customers in the fertilizer, crop nutrition, and agrochemical industries.
• Work closely with customers' Technical/R&D, Production, Procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
• Understand customers' technical requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, principals, and laboratories to conduct sample testing, trials, pilot projects, and product commercialization.
• Follow up on projects from the trial stage through the first purchase order, repeat orders, and commercial scale-up.
• Build, manage, and maintain the customer and project pipeline.
• Monitor market trends, product developments, competitor activities, and emerging technology opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree or college diploma.
• Business-level English proficiency.
• Around 5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Market Development, Technical Service, or Business Development related to agrochemicals, fertilizers, crop nutrition, or agricultural ingredients.
• Proven experience in proactively identifying, acquiring, and developing new customers, rather than focusing solely on existing accounts.
• Ability to discuss technical matters with customers and coordinate effectively with suppliers and principals.

Preferred

• Experience with fertilizer additives, micronutrients, biostimulants, or agro-adjuvants.
• An established network with fertilizer, crop nutrition, or agrochemical manufacturers in Vietnam.
• Hands-on experience in bringing products from the trial stage to commercial orders and repeat orders.
