• To further strengthen our Market Insight capabilities, we are looking for a Vice Head of Market Insight to turn commerce intelligence into strategic insights, smarter decisions, and measurable business impact. In this role, you will empower organizations through Commerce Intelligence and measurable validation systems — transforming e-commerce market data and signals into actionable insights, stronger business decisions, and tangible value. You will play a key role in elevating how businesses understand market dynamics, measure performance, and connect commerce intelligence with meaningful business outcomes.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Client Management & Consultancy
• Build Multi-Layer Client Partnerships: Proactively establish, nurture, and maintain strategic relationships with clients across tiers - from decision-makers to day-to-day operational teams
• Translate Client Needs into Strategic Directions: Actively engage with core business challenges; translate strategic client requirements into research directions for internal execution
• BD Collaboration: partner with the Business Development team on solution consulting, building Research Proposals, and pitching Integrated Solutions projects
• Production Management & Technical Direction
• Ensure Service Quality: Oversee and maintain high data quality standards, and actionable recommendations for client reports
• Build Scalable Operations for Regional Growth: Collaborate with the Tech/Data team to standardize and automate data processing; establish robust operational frameworks and infrastructure for expansion across Southeast Asia (SEA)
• Operations Management & People Development
• Operations & Resource Allocation: Manage the workflow, performance, and deliverable quality across categories and clients
• Coaching & Career Roadmap Development: Partner closely with HR to build competency frameworks and career progression roadmaps; directly train, coach, and mentor team members in both domain expertise and soft skills
• Culture Building: Foster a data-driven, professional, collaborative, and results-oriented working culture

Education

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field

Knowledge

• Project management esp in data/software dev company Market research
• Understanding about retail either in FMCG, Electronics or motorcycle industry is a plus

Skill

• Communication & Interpersonal skills - ability to communicate effectively and build connections with team members and clients
• Project management - Ability to layout all the workstream of different projects among stakeholders to ensure delivery as committed to clients or internal requests
• Analytical - can work on the analysis frame to help clients answer business issues and depoly data extraction, visualize as final delivery to client
• Presentation - Able to present to client
• Product research - Can work on self deploy research to understand the product and offer from similar competitors and contribute for the product/service improvement of ECI
• Problem Solving - ability to identify root cause and propose potential solutions for both internal operational process and clients

Experience

• At least 5-7 year working experience in research and analysis field with the role to manage the whole project
• Experience working with Product or Data teams in data team/software company.
• Proven experience in team leadership and management
