Strategic Leadership & Operational Governance

• Strategic Execution & Planning: Establish strategic goals, departmental budgets, and operational benchmarks for multi-shift weaving operations.

• Resource Optimization: Drive overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), capacity utilization, and workforce allocation across all shift structures.

• Performance Alignment: Translate high-level business plans into actionable departmental targets, aligning performance with plant-wide key performance indicators (KPIs).

Team Building & Organizational Development

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and build technical capabilities among Weaving Engineers, shift supervisors, technicians, and production personnel.

• Culture & Capability Building: Promote a high-performance, safety-first operational culture, addressing skill gaps through structured technical training and career planning.

• Workforce Governance: Oversee departmental labor planning, performance reviews, and succession management.

Continuous Improvement & Sustainable Yield Management

• Lean & Operational Excellence: Lead plant-wide transformations to minimize waste, downtime, and operational inefficiencies.

• Process Standardization: Establish robust root-cause problem-solving frameworks and audit standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational rigor.

• Sustainability Focus: Embed sustainable, circular manufacturing practices into daily processes in alignment with B Corp, Bluesign®, and Cradle to Cradle™ standards.

Data Analytics, Technology & Quality Management

• Advanced Analytics: Oversee advanced technical analytics across loom efficiencies, stop-cause distributions, yarn breakage patterns, and fabric defects.

• Quality Assurance Alignment: Lead cross-departmental efforts with Quality Assurance to ensure fabric specs meet rigorous international brand requirements.

• Digital Transformation: Direct integration of smart manufacturing, MES/ERP tracking, and process automation to modernize weaving operations.

Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Leadership

• Executive & Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate directly with Senior Executive Leadership, Production Planning, Maintenance, R&D, and Supply Chain to streamline scheduling, warp changes, and new product introductions (NPI).

• Supplier & Partner Relations: Manage strategic vendor and equipment supplier relationships for high-tech looms (air-jet/rapier), warp preparation systems, and spare parts inventory management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum 8–10+ years of operational and technical experience in modern weaving facilities, with at least 3 years in a managerial leadership capacity. Deep technical experience in rapier looms, yarn behavior, and warp preparation (warping/sizing).

• Proven track record in P&L accountability, budget management, multi-shift factory leadership, and managing engineering teams.

• Professional fluency in written and spoken English for executive-level reporting and international collaboration. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional management skills.

Working time: 08:00 AM - 16:30 PM, Mon to Sat (2 Sat off/month)
