• Develop monthly/quarterly UA plans for our mobile apps, including performance evaluation and forecasting.
• Plan, manage and optimize UA campaigns across multiple channels (Google, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, TikTok, AppLovin, etc.) to achieve ROAS, revenue and profit KPIs.
• Work closely with ad network representatives to plan campaigns and optimize performance.
• Analyze and optimize App Store Optimization (ASO) on both iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with Product and Creative teams to produce high-quality ads (videos, banners, playable ads), test variations and iterate based on performance data.
• Work with Product Owners and designers to analyze in-app user behavior, improve retention and optimize monetization strategies.
• Conduct market research for creative ideation, product improvement and competitor analysis; stay up to date with market trends and emerging UA opportunities.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Team Lead/Manager.

• Knowledge and Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in User Acquisition for mobile apps/games.
• At least 3–6 months of hands-on experience running ad campaigns on Google, Facebook and TikTok, with a solid understanding of each network's platform and core algorithms (spend of 200-300k$/month).
• Bachelor's or College degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Experience with AI products/AI apps is a plus.
• Nice to have: experience in cross-border selling, games or app marketing; familiarity with Firebase, MMP (Mobile Measurement Partners) and BI tools; Agile methodologies and global market campaigns.
• Knowledge of analytics and market intelligence tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, App Annie and Sensor Tower is a plus.
• Knowledge of the mobile app/game market is a plus.
• Skill on:
• Proficiency in planning, running and optimizing paid campaigns on Google, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, TikTok and AppLovin.
• Strong data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills to evaluate performance and make decisions from data.
• Proficient in English communication (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, responsible and eager to learn.
• Can-do attitude and growth mindset; able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
