• Plan, execute, and scale UA campaigns across 100+ markets and major channels (Facebook, Google, Unity Ads, Axon, ironSource, TikTok).
• Own campaign performance, driving ROI, ROAS, CPI, LTV, and long-term scalability.
• Optimize bidding, budget allocation, and scaling strategies based on game lifecycle and performance data.
• Conduct and analyze A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to improve results.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product, Monetization, and Data teams to align UA with business goals.
• Monitor performance, identify trends and risks, and propose data-driven optimizations.
• Manage relationships with ad networks and leverage new features to enhance performance.
• Share insights and support mentoring junior UA team members.
• Stay updated on market trends, platform changes, and UA best practices.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 1-3 years of experience in User Acquisition/Performance Marketing within the mobile game industry.
• Proven experience running and scaling UA campaigns globally with significant budgets.
• Strong understanding of mobile game metrics (CPI, LTV, ROAS, retention, ARPDAU) and attribution logic.
• Highly data-driven, analytical, yet creative and result-oriented mindset.
• Strong ownership, able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Growth mindset with the ability to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.) and BI tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in casual / hyper-casual / idle games is an advantage..
• Comfortable using English in daily communication with partners and internal teams.
