Overview: Manage and direct all operations of the Human Resources Division, with TALENT ACQUISITION & RETENTION as the core priority. Build and implement Kamereo's human capital strategies — focusing on employer branding, employee engagement & retention, talent management, organizational development, compensation & benefits, and AI adoption in HR.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy as the top strategic priority, personally leading executive search and mission-critical hires.
• Translate business growth plans into quarterly/annual workforce and hiring strategies, optimizing cost-per-hire and overall hiring cost efficiency.
• Build a diversified, proactive talent pipeline strategy and strengthen company/employer branding to secure critical talent ahead of need.
• Own Talent Retention as a co-equal strategic priority, optimizing retention costs while setting and monitoring key retention metrics (turnover, retention by team/level, high-performer retention).
• Turn engagement data (surveys, stay interviews) into actionable strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, rewards, and overall employee experience.
• Cultivate and reinforce company culture rooted in Kamereo's core values, embedding them into day-to-day people practices and decision-making.
• Shape organizational design — structure, headcount planning, job architecture — as a trusted advisor to leadership.
• Design and lead talent development and succession planning for middle management and above, building bench strength for growth.
• Build and execute the overall HR strategy, ensuring full alignment with business objectives and budget.
• Lead, coach, and grow the HR team, with particular emphasis on building recruiting capability.
• Own the performance management framework (KPI/OKR) and competitive, fair C&B policies that support both attraction and retention.
• Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese labor regulations and oversee HR administrative operations and budget.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a management/team lead capacity, with a genuine leadership mindset.
• Proven track record owning both Talent Acquisition (large-scale/executive hiring) and Talent Retention/engagement strategy — a must-have.
• Strong strategic and critical thinking, with sharp problem-solving skills to identify and resolve people-related risks before they escalate.
• Kaizen spirit — a continuous-improvement mindset applied to HR processes, culture, and cost efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and grow talent within the team, coupled with strong change management and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Business-level English and excellent communication/negotiation skills.
