Tuyển dụng Taproom Manager – Income From 18M + KPI Bonus + F&B Allowance tại Hà Nội

• Oversee daily Taproom operations, ensuring excellent service and guest experience.
• Lead and manage Front-of-House staff (servers & bartenders) and coordinate with the Kitchen team.
• Monitor sales, cash handling, POS operations, inventory, portion control, and F&B costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety standards.
• Conduct daily inspections and promptly handle maintenance or equipment issues.
• Work closely with Kitchen, Marketing, and Back-office teams on food quality, events, promotions, purchasing, and cost control.
• Handle customer concerns and service issues professionally and effectively.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Previous supervisory/management experience in restaurant, F&B, or guest experience operations.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of POS systems, cash handling, inventory, and basic cost control.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Basic Salary: From VND 18,000,000 Gross/month.
• F&B Allowance: VND 3,000,000/month.
• Probation: 2 months at 85% gross salary; 100% salary after probation.
