Purpose of the position

The purpose of this position is to drive the link between Finance and operational P&L owners, ensuring accurate and timely financial performance reporting, cost and revenue management, budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis. The position acts as a key business partner to Operations, supporting decision-making through financial insights and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, cost control and profitability. The role is responsible for providing financial transparency, challenging business performance, and supporting strategic and operational initiatives to ensure alignment with company objectives and financial targets. The successful candidate must possess strong leadership potential, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills and be able to operate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure all operational revenues and costs are accurately recorded and reflected in financial systems.

• Monitor the completeness and accuracy of monthly financial postings and accruals.

• Review and analyze monthly financial performance, including Revenue, Cost, Gross Profit and profitability trends.

• Identify variances against budget, forecast and prior periods and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

• Partner closely with Operations Management to identify operational improvement opportunities and profitability enhancement initiatives.

• Support operational teams with financial analysis for customer reviews, productivity improvements and business cases.

• Lead the monthly forecasting process and ensure timely submission of accurate financial forecasts.

• Develop, coordinate and manage the annual budgeting process.

• Monitor business performance against budget and forecast targets and proactively highlight risks and opportunities.

• Support pricing reviews, customer profitability analyses and commercial decision-making processes.

• Prepare and present financial and operational performance reports to management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Logistics, Economics or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Business Support or Operational Finance.

• Solid understanding of P&L management, budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain business processes.

• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.

• Fluent in English

• MS Office skills

• Profound knowledge of financial software
