Tuyển dụng Structure Design Engineer (New Projects) tại Thái Nguyên

1. Manage and oversee the design and construction activities executed by the earthworks, civil, structure contractors’ during the construction and commissioning phase of the project.

2. Work with other team members and stakeholders to define scope of work, complete cost estimation (CAPEX, OPEX) and schedule development in order to get necessary approval for projects moving forward.

3. Oversee and cover all project aspects (Safety, scope, schedule, cost, risk) for the assigned projects.

4. Prepare the necessary reports to inform stakeholder the status, outstanding, recommendations and action plan.

5. Monitor the contractors productivity and efficiency and provide feedback to contractor of improvement areas.

6. Review, comment and approval of contractors’ construction methodology statements and plans including; mobilization plans (manning and machinery/equipment), construction schedule, HSSE plans,.

7. Provide assistance to project and construction management in implementing and complying with project requirements and in addressing technical issues as they arise during project execution.

8. Provide technical support and engineering guidance directly to construction supervision and subcontractors in planning and field activities in accordance with the project requirements.

9. QA/QC management of site construction (Earthworks, Civils and Structure). Develop, review and approve ITPs in associated with fabrication and installation.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Engineering qualification (Bachelor degree) or equivalent and relevant Civil, Structure Engineer qualification.

2. Experience in project management as a project engineer (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing).

3. Extensive field experience in mining or oil & gas projects – both brownfield and greenfield projects.

4. At least 5+ years plus experiences in heavy industry or design engineering companies, preferably in mineral process plant, oil & gas

5. Plan and schedule work and labor requirements to meet contract time commitments and maximize resource utilization. Monitor progress against work schedule to ensure any issues that may impact on schedule, budget or other areas of the project are identified.

6. Develop strong relationships with key customers and liaise on a day to day basis to plan work, keep them informed of progress, resolve any issues of concern and identify variations or additional work required
