Process Automation

• Build, deploy, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows using Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud) and Python
• Identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions in collaboration with Business, Operations, and IT teams to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and continuously optimize workflows, proposing innovative approaches to enhance operational capabilities.

Business Intelligence

• Define, track, and monitor KPIs to support performance management and strategic decision-making.
• Extract, transform, validate, and cleanse data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance policies.
• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to Business Unit needs, backed by optimized data models and clear data narratives.
• Automate recurring reports, empower users through self-service BI tools, and continuously refine BI processes with emerging tools and methodologies.
• 3. General
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions.
• Present automation and BI solutions, progress updates, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation and drive continuous process improvements.

Technical Skills

Hands on experience with Power Automate, Python, SQL and Power BI

Strong Power Automate skills including cloud flows and desktop flows

Strong understanding of data modeling (star schema, relationships), along with DAX for Power BI development

Strong understanding of workflow automation and process optimization

Experience with REST API integration is preferred

Prior experience working with SAP S/4HANA is a plus

Nice to have: C#

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields.

1–3 years of experience in BI, Automation, Data Analytics, or related roles.
