Manage and optimize ecommerce advertising activities across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and other marketplaces.

Plan and execute advertising initiatives to support clients' sales and growth targets.

Analyze campaign performance and provide insightful recommendations for continuous improvement.

Deliver regular and ad-hoc performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Execute digital media campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels.

Monitor advertising budgets, spending, and payment reconciliation processes.

Keep observation of platform updates, advertising solutions, and industry best practices.

Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and performance tracking tools.

Work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive campaign success.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Ecommerce, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

1-3 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, marketplace platforms, agencies, or ecommerce enablers.

Good understanding of ecommerce operations and digital advertising fundamentals.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Experience in building and maintaining dashboards, reporting tools, or performance tracking frameworks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Good written English communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
