We are looking for a Spare Parts Dealer Operations Staff to join our Aftersales team. This position will be responsible for spare parts order operations, dealer support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth parts supply and support the development of Isuzu dealers' parts business.

- Process dealer orders in ERP/DMS; follow up Dealer's back orders (main duty)

- Dealer support/kaizen & performance management

- Visit garages, parts shops and fleet customers with dealers to develop external parts sales

- Support dealers to reactivate disconnected customers and follow up on conversion results

- Record visit results and keep customer data up to date; share market feedback with the team

- Coordinate with warehouse, other teams to solve order and delivery issues

- Perform other tasks assigned by management

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: University degree, preferably in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field.

- Having from 1 year of experience in automotive spare parts, automotive aftersales, dealer operations, or a related field is a plus.

- Experience using ERP/DMS systems for spare parts/order operations is highly preferred.

- Good Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.

- Proficient in English

- Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

- Detail-oriented with good follow-up and problem-solving skills.

- Able to work independently and handle operational data accurately.

- Willing to travel for dealer/customer visits when required.
