Isuzu Monozukuri Promotion Staff - System Management Assistant (Industrial Management Background)

As a member of the Isuzu Monozukuri Promotion Section under the Quality Control & Assurance Department, you will support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Isuzu Monozukuri and the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

1. Isuzu Monozukuri & Quality Management System

- Support the management and maintenance of the Isuzu Monozukuri (IM) and ISO 9001:2015 management systems.

- Manage, review, update, and translate management system documents, procedures, regulations, and related materials.

- Support the development and revision of internal procedures, regulations, and standards.

- Prepare annual plans and coordinate training activities related to IM, ISO 9001, and quality management systems.

- Coordinate and support periodic internal audits/evaluations.

- Prepare audit and management reports, track findings and action items, and follow up with relevant departments until closure.

- Support continuous improvement activities related to the company's management systems.

- Maintain records and documentation in accordance with internal requirements and ISO standards.

2. Cross-functional Support

- Support Quality Control & Assurance activities related to regulatory and manufacturing compliance.

- Support Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) activities related to Conformity of Production (CoP) requirements for suppliers.

- Support Conformity of Production activities for the Isuzu Vietnam factory.

- Support preparation for inspections and assessments conducted by relevant authorities, including Vietnam Register (VR) and - assessments related to Decree 116.

- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to prepare required documents and follow up on corrective actions.

- Perform other duties and improvement activities assigned by the direct supervisor.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Management. Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience: Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply. Experience in ISO 9001, Quality Management Systems (QMS), manufacturing management systems, internal auditing, or automotive manufacturing is an advantage.

- Language

+ Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

+ Able to prepare reports and business documents in English.

+ Japanese language proficiency of JLPT N3 or above is an advantage.

- Skills & Competencies

+ Strong logical and analytical thinking.

+ Good documentation and report-writing skills.

+ Good coordination and communication skills.

+ Able to work with different departments and follow up on multiple action items.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

+ Willing to learn about quality management systems, manufacturing processes, and automotive regulations.
