• Develop and drive sales of Service business through SKF key account to achieve or exceed SKF Vietnam budget plan.
• To prepare service sales budget and activity plan for all types of SKF Services & Products in countrywide based customers and execute sales in close cooperation with Service Operations Manager to achieve service Business Unit Target.
• Manage sales resource planning to sell all types of SKF Services including but not limit to: CM Services and Contracts, PRM / IMS Performance Based Contract, AEO, Maintenance Strategy, Maintenance Engineering, Training, CM System Installation and Setup to meet with the budget and commitment given to the customer.
• Prepare standard quotation, Service proposal, Service contracts, and REP contract by working with Application & Service engineers on leveraging SKF technology, application engineering in focus segments.
• Develop new service modules, marketing & training support materials, customer & competitor mapping database.
• Perform frequent customer visits to identify new business opportunity and/or market demand to ensure that available resources can fulfill and be always steps ahead of the closest competitor.
• Develop customer relationship in customer organization (maintenance manager, production manager and reliability manager or higher-level managers) to strengthen SKF businesses and preferences.
• Work in close relation with key customers and close cooperation with service team to expand the business in according to service business plan.
• Promote SKF new products and technologies to the market when relevant.
• Working with HOD to develop pricing structures to ensure maximum profitability and optimal market penetration.
• Generate and evaluate new product and service ideas and suggestions, investigate market opportunities and estimate their effect on markets for present products.
• Manage Service & REP opportunity funnel in C4C to ensure they are duly followed up, won and closed promptly.
• Work accordingly to HOD require to ensure the growth of Service Department and SKF Vietnam.

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Production etc) or equivalent industry experience.
• MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualifications is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering service sales.
• Experience in complex technical sales and consultancy is preferred.
• Understanding of different maintenance philosophies and practices.
• Solid understanding consultancy business with regards to different reliability solutions (includes products and services).
• Solid understanding of maintenance and reliability practices in an industry.
• Good understanding of end-user, OEM, and distribution business.
• Good command in English.
• Strong leadership skills with strong business acumen.
• Ability to negotiate with senior management or corporate executives to win strategic long-term Agreements.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing change management.
• Ability to simplify complex projects and develop business models that customers can’t refuse.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent networking capability to draw support from local and region to help win and execute projects.
• Ability to understand and proactively develop new strategies to acquire new market based on changing market situation, competitor activities.
• Flexibility and versatility in handling multiple projects and tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver operational results.
• Experience in project management to deliver results.
• Advanced computer literacy and experience with SAP systems.
