Principle duties:

• Design end-to-end technology solutions that align business objectives with enterprise architecture standards.

• Lead architecture for AI, automation, document processing, workflow, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable, and cost-effective solutions.

• Evaluate emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Intelligent Document Processing, OCR/ICR, and cloud services.

• Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, from idea through implementation and operational support.

• Communicate architectural decisions effectively to business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design and govern AI-enabled solutions, including Generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, and document processing platforms.

• Assess business opportunities for AI adoption and recommend practical, scalable implementation approaches.

• Define solution patterns for AI services, APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and cloud platforms.

• Work with data engineers, developers, business analysts, and operations teams to deliver AI solutions into production.

• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, data governance, and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in AI proof-of-concepts and innovation programs to evaluate business value and technical feasibility.

• Support the adoption of Microsoft Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI-based solutions, and related technologies where appropriate.

*** Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

*** Technology skills and experience:

Required:

• Strong understanding of application architecture, integration architecture, cloud platforms, security, networking, and enterprise systems.

• Experience designing enterprise-scale software solutions and integrations.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Experience designing API-first solutions and distributed applications.

• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software development practices.

• Knowledge of database design, data modelling, and system integration patterns.

Preferred:

• Experience with AI/ML platforms, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent automation.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, or equivalent technologies.

• Experience with OCR/ICR, document processing, and workflow automation solutions.

• Experience designing AI governance, risk management, and security controls.

*** Experience:

• 7+ years of professional IT experience.

• 3+ years in Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, Lead Developer, or equivalent consulting roles.

• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise applications from concept through production.

• Experience participating in AI, automation, digital transformation, or intelligent document processing projects is highly desirable.
