We are seeking an experienced 360º International SEO Specialist to drive organic visibility, growth, and performance across our global markets. Working within our Global Marketing Team, you will lead end-to-end multi-region SEO strategies, optimize technical health across our web properties, and ensure our brand stays ahead in both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven search platforms.

Key Responsibilities

·      International & Multi-Region Strategy: Partner with the Global Marketing Team to build, refine, and execute organic growth strategies tailored to international markets—focusing on localized keyword research, market-specific search intent, and regional content positioning.

·      Technical SEO & Architecture: Audit website health, diagnose crawlability, indexing, and JavaScript rendering issues, and collaborate with web developers to deploy technical and performance optimizations.

·      Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) & AI Search: Optimize content architecture, structured data (Schema.org), and entity visibility to secure citations and listings in modern AI-powered search environments (Google AI Overviews, SearchGPT, Perplexity).

·      On-Page & Content Strategy: Identify strategic content gaps, produce actionable content briefs for local/global teams, align content with assigned user intent, and optimize landing pages, internal linking, and metadata.

·      Analytics, Live Dashboards & Reporting: Maintain real-time performance dashboards (GA4, GSC, SEO tools) and conduct regular status briefings with leadership to communicate progress, ROI, and tactical roadmaps.

·      Continuous Optimization & Market Intelligence: Track search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging GEO best practices, prioritizing high-impact initiatives aligned with business goals.

·      Offpage SEO: Claim, optimize, and maintain company profiles on third-party review platforms and collaborate with the Global Marketing and local teams to identify and acquire High Quality backlinks. Also handle broken link reclamation.

·     3-5 years of hands-on SEO experienc

·     3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house), with a proven track record working on corporate or B2B multi-market websites in the service industry.

·      Full professional English proficiency (C2 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.

·      Proven international SEO expertise, including hands-on experience with multi-region setups (hreflang implementation, canonicalization, and URL architecture).

·      Deep proficiency with industry tools, including Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush / Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.

·      Functional knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript rendering to troubleshoot server-side vs. client-side SEO issues.

·      Enterprise CMS experience: Experience working with Drupal or similar enterprise CMS platforms.

·      Analytical mindset: Demonstrated ability to turn complex search data into clear strategic roadmaps and business recommendations.

·      Self-organization & project management skills: Proven ability to structure your own work, set realistic timelines, prioritize a complex backlog independently, and execute projects end-to-end without constant oversight.

Nice to Have

·      German language skills (professional or conversational working proficiency).

·      Expertise on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques .

·      BPO market experience
