Role Overview

The Senior Sales Support Executive plays a key role in supporting the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations, fast response to customers, and professional coordination with internal departments and overseas agents.

This role is responsible for shipment follow-up, customer coordination, sales administration, and supporting the sales team to secure and maintain business opportunities. The position also acts as a bridge between Sales, Operations, Pricing, and overseas offices to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Support & Customer Coordination

• Follow up with Pricing and Operations teams to ensure timely and competitive quotations.

• Coordinate with overseas agents and partners for rate requests and shipment handling.

• Support customer onboarding and maintain customer database.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support in a timely manner.

2. Shipment Coordination & Follow-up

• Coordinate closely with Operations team regarding shipment status and customer requirements.

• Follow up booking status, SI/VGM deadlines, vessel schedules, and delivery updates.

• Support handling of shipment exceptions, delays, and customer complaints.

• Ensure all shipment information is updated accurately in internal systems.

3. Sales Administration

• Support contract preparation and filing of sales-related documents.

• Monitor quotation validity and customer follow-up status.

4. Internal & Overseas Coordination

• Coordinate with overseas offices/agents for pricing and handling.

• Support communication between Sales and internal departments to ensure smooth execution.

• Work closely with Procurement/Pricing teams on carrier options and space availability.

5. Process Improvement

• Support improvement of sales workflows and SOPs.

• Suggest ideas to improve customer response time and sales efficiency.

• Support implementation of digital tools/CRM/TMS systems when required.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.

• Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Pricing, or Operations is preferred.

• Good understanding of Ocean Freight and/or Air Freight processes.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.

• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Experience with CargoWise, Salesforce, or similar systems is an advantage.
