About the team

DXL is a product team building consumer products within the Zalo ecosystem. Our flagship product is Timviec.ai, a platform that connects job seekers with employers.

Timviec.ai is now in its scaling phase. We are looking for an experienced sales professional who is passionate about the recruitment domain to bring our solutions to large employers.

About the role

You will own the enterprise segment of Timviec.ai: finding, pitching and closing larger recruitment packages with big companies, and growing those accounts over time. You will work closely with the Product team and play a key role in shaping our enterprise offering.

• Build and manage a pipeline of large employers (enterprises, chains, manufacturers, companies with high-volume hiring needs);
• Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution design, proposal, negotiation and closing;
• Sell consultatively to HR / Talent Acquisition leaders by understanding their hiring challenges and turning them into tailored Timviec.ai packages;
• Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets, with a focus on high-value, long-term contracts;
• Grow existing enterprise accounts through renewals and upsells;
• Keep the pipeline and deal status up to date and report on forecast and results;
• Bring customer feedback and market insights to the Product team to shape enterprise features and pricing.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 4+ years in B2B sales, including at least 2 years selling to enterprise or large corporate clients;
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals and consistently meeting targets. Please share numbers in your CV;
• Experience selling recruitment services, HR tech, SaaS or B2B advertising solutions;
• Strong network with HR / Talent Acquisition decision-makers;
• Excellent consultative selling, presentation and negotiation skills;
• Self-driven, target-oriented and able to own results end to end;
• Fluent Vietnamese; good English is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience at a job board, recruitment agency or HR tech company;
• Experience selling AI or tech-driven products;
• Experience building an enterprise sales process from scratch.
