Zalo Platform connects more than 81 million monthly users with the businesses and services they rely on. As a Senior Product Specialist, Strategic Verticals & Partnerships, you will own how Zalo's strategic business lines (Game, Finance, Zing and the verticals that come next) grow on the platform. You decide the partnership direction with each business, work directly with their business heads, pull platform product teams in to deliver, and stay accountable for the impact: users reached, meaningful interactions, and how well every mechanism and traffic source the platform provides actually performs.

The role is open as a senior individual contributor, or at Manager level leading the Strategic Verticals team for candidates with the right experience.

• Partnership Direction: Decide the partnership model, priorities and commitments between Zalo and each business line, and represent Zalo Platform in working sessions with business heads.
• Shared Growth KPIs: Build and co-sign growth KPIs with each business team, measured by users reached and meaningful interactions. Own the results, including when numbers go down.
• Growth on Platform Levers: Get the most out of Official Account, Mini App, notifications, sharing flows, entry points, platform traffic and marketing budget; allocate traffic and budget against ROI, and design experiments and growth loops.
• Platform Effectiveness: Measure and score each mechanism and traffic source your verticals use, bring the findings to platform teams, and improve what works or stop what doesn't.
• Vertical-specific Mechanisms: When existing mechanisms fall short, write the business case and spec, and act as PIC for delivery with platform engineering until impact is measured. Hand a mechanism over to the platform roadmap once it can serve many verticals.
• Stakeholder Management: Bring proven playbooks and best practices to each business, keep business and platform teams on one operating cadence, and resolve conflicts with data.
• User Trust: Balance growth with user trust through guardrails on notification frequency, spam and opt-outs, and keep every tactic within the rules that apply to games and financial services.
• Team Leadership (Manager level): Build and lead the Strategic Verticals team, set its goals, and grow its people.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 6 years in product management, growth, partnership product or vertical ownership at consumer tech platforms, fintech or banking, including time owning clear business KPIs for a vertical (users, transactions, revenue), not only feature metrics.
• Experience at team-lead level: working directly with business heads of other units and owning partnership decisions within your scope. For the Manager track, experience leading a product team end-to-end.
• A growth track record at the scale of millions of users, shown through baseline, mechanism and result, plus playbooks you have applied across several partners or verticals.
• Experience delivering with engineering teams that did not report to you, or with a regional core product team, and managing marketing budget or traffic against ROI.
• Strong data analysis: KPI trees, experiment design, funnels and cohorts; SQL or equivalent.
• A strong plus: background as a vertical product lead for Vietnam at a regional platform, a vertical product lead at an e-wallet, or in Partnership Product at a bank; depth in games or fintech; experience with super-app or two-sided ecosystems.
• Clear communication in Vietnamese and English, and the judgment to say no when growth starts hurting users.
