Zing MP3's Core team owns the foundational, cross-cutting product experience of Vietnam's leading music streaming platform — including playback, account, core app flows, and platform-wide features. As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Core product experience, ensuring Zing MP3 continues to deliver a fast, reliable and delightful experience to millions of users.

• Understand user insight and analyze usage patterns to identify opportunities to strengthen core product value;
• Initiate and operate activities to improve core feature performance and experience quality — feature maintenance and increase satisfaction, to build habit and keep retention;
• Execute feature development, including mockups with navigations, UX/UI, and layouts with a user-centric mindset. Compose product requirement docs (PRD);
• Project management: coordinate with other development teams (Android, iOS, Web, Backend…) to ensure the correctness of the features and project timeline;
• Perform user acceptance tests before releasing each build;
• Report performance, feature impact and next action to improve.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role in the IT industry;
• Good at product skillset, user insight, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
• Experience managing a mature/legacy product with an established large user base — comfortable balancing new feature delivery with maintaining stability of existing core flows;
• Familiar with product design (UX/UI, layout, navigation flows);
• Strong sense of ownership — takes responsibility for a core feature's long-term outcome, not just its delivery;
• Passion for music/media/entertainment products; content/media background is a plus.
