As a Senior Product Specialist at Adtima, you will lead the development and optimization of Video Solutions while driving Innovation Initiatives across Adtima’s ecosystem. You will work with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, Planning, and other teams to turn market and client needs into scalable advertising solutions.

Video Solutions (60%)

• Lead the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, development, and optimization of Adtima’s video advertising solutions across platforms such as Zalo Video and other relevant ecosystem properties.
• Understand video consumption behaviors, advertiser needs, market trends, and Adtima’s ecosystem capabilities.
• Identify product opportunities and translate them into clear concepts, requirements, and development priorities.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Content, and Operations teams to develop, test, launch, and continuously improve video solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Planning, Marketing, and Commercial teams to package products, develop competitive pricing and rate cards, and create compelling go-to-market propositions.
• Monitor product adoption, revenue, performance, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Innovation Initiatives (40%)

• Proactively explore emerging market trends, technologies, advertising models, competitor movements, and new capabilities within Adtima’s ecosystem.
• Lead the full innovation lifecycle from opportunity discovery and business case development to prototyping, commercialization, and scaling while aligning cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
• Evaluate ideas based on client value, business potential, feasibility, and scalability.
• Establish success metrics and use market feedback, client insights, and performance data to validate ideas and guide investment decisions.

Product Leadership

• Define clear goals, priorities, milestones, and success metrics across the assigned product portfolio.
• Manage priorities, timelines, dependencies, and key product performance metrics.
• Align stakeholders and drive decision-making across Product, Technology, and Commercial teams.
• Provide product guidance and coaching to team members when needed.
• Support other strategic product challenges assigned by senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, digital products, advertising technology, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, video, media, or content platforms is preferred.
• Strong business acumen, including experience with product packaging, pricing, revenue models, business cases, and go-to-market planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define success metrics, interpret performance data, and make evidence-based decisions.
• Experience leading products or initiatives from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Proven ability to work effectively with Product, Engineering, Data, and Commercial teams.
• Strong ownership, prioritization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• A curious and proactive mindset, with enthusiasm for innovation and new technologies.
• Excellent communication skill in both Vietnamese and English.
