About the Role

Join Bosch Global Software Technologies to drive product awareness, engagement, and adoption for a global enterprise workflow platform serving nearly 500,000 users worldwide.

You will combine product storytelling, marketing communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategy to help users understand the value of AI-powered workflow solutions and maximize their business impact.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, launch campaigns, demos, and user guides.
  • Translate complex technology, AI, and automation concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences.
  • Drive product adoption through onboarding, training, user engagement, and change enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders, product teams, and business users to support platform rollouts and transformation programs.
  • Organize webinars, workshops, product showcases, and user community activities.
  • Track adoption, engagement, and satisfaction KPIs; use data insights to improve communication and marketing effectiveness.

Yêu cầu công việc

Must-Have

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Platform Adoption, Enterprise Communication, or Change Enablement.
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
  • Experience driving product adoption, enterprise platform rollouts, or transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, user-focused messages.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in global environments.
  • Fluent English, proactive mindset, and strong execution skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, workflow, or automation platforms.
  • Exposure to AI/GenAI, Low-Code/No-Code, or Citizen Development.
  • Knowledge of change management, community building, analytics, or data-driven marketing.
