• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise server infrastructure across DC/DR, HQ and branches, including Windows Server, Linux Server, physical servers, virtual machines and core infrastructure services.

• Administer Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, user/group management, file server, shared folders, NTFS permissions, DFS and related identity/access services.

• Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware ESXi/vCenter and Hyper-V, including VM provisioning, resource monitoring, datastore, snapshot, vMotion, HA/DRS and troubleshooting activities.

• Operate storage and backup systems, including SAN/NAS, Veeam/NetBackup or equivalent platforms, backup policy monitoring, restore testing and backup evidence collection.

• Monitor infrastructure health using Zabbix/Grafana or equivalent tools; respond to alerts related to system performance, storage capacity, backup status, service availability and security events.

• Implement OS patching, vulnerability remediation, server hardening and periodic health checks for Windows, Linux and infrastructure platforms.

• Support Microsoft 365 and hybrid infrastructure operations including MFA, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and related security settings where assigned.

• Coordinate with Network, Security, DBA, Application teams and vendors for incident response, root cause analysis, change implementation and project delivery.

• Prepare and maintain system documentation, inventory, CMDB, SOPs, runbooks, change plans, rollback plans and audit evidence.

• Participate in infrastructure modernization projects such as AD/File Server refresh, virtualization restructuring, backup improvement, monitoring enhancement and DR/BCP readiness.

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in system, infrastructure or data center operations; experience in financial services, securities, banking, data center, managed services or SI companies is a strong advantage.

• Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File Server, DFS, certificate services and basic identity/access management.

• Experience managing VMware ESXi/vCenter and/or Hyper-V, including HA operations, VM migration, capacity monitoring and incident troubleshooting.

• Experience with SAN/NAS, storage provisioning concepts, backup/restore operations and DR/BCP practices.

• Familiar with Linux administration, system log analysis, service management, basic network configuration and security baseline.

• Knowledge of monitoring, logging and endpoint/security tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG, SIEM, EDR or antivirus platforms.

• Understanding of IT security principles, including privileged access control, MFA/PAM, patching, hardening, vulnerability remediation and audit controls.

• Ability to write clear technical documents and operational reports in English; good communication, troubleshooting and vendor coordination skills.

• Responsible, careful, service-oriented and able to work under pressure, including after-hours maintenance or incident support when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working for SI companies, securities firms, banks, financial services companies, ISPs, data centers or regulated enterprises.

• Professional certifications such as Microsoft, VMware VCP, Linux, ITIL, Security+, MCSE/Azure or equivalent are preferred.

• Experience with PAM solutions, Microsoft 365 administration, Azure/AWS infrastructure, PowerShell/Bash automation and enterprise backup platforms is a plus.
