• Manage and maintain an assigned portfolio of existing Korean clients, building strong and long-term client relationships.

• Regularly engage with clients to understand their investment needs, objectives, risk appetite, and trading preferences.

• Provide timely investment support and guidance to Korean clients on Vietnam’s stock market, listed securities, and relevant investment opportunities.

• Monitor clients’ investment activities and proactively provide market updates, investment insights, and product information.

• Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and expand business through the assigned Korean client portfolio.

• Introduce and sell KIS Vietnam’s investment products, particularly bond products, based on clients’ investment needs and risk profiles.

• Cross-sell relevant securities products and services to increase client engagement and portfolio value.

• Coordinate with internal teams including Research, Brokerage, Operations, and other relevant departments to provide effective solutions and responsive client support.

• Keep updated on market developments, investment products, regulations, and KIS Vietnam’s products and services to provide accurate information to clients.

• Handle client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a high standard of client service.

• Prepare periodic reports on client activities, sales performance, and other tasks as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Securities, Economics, Business Administration, Korean Studies, or a related field.

• Good Korean communication skills; able to communicate professionally with Korean clients in both spoken and written Korean.

• Strong interest and knowledge in the Vietnamese stock market and investment products.

• Strong communication, client relationship management, consulting, and sales skills.

• Customer-oriented, proactive, responsible, and results-driven.

• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and handle client requests professionally.

• Candidates with TOPIK or relevant securities/finance certifications are preferred.

• No prior experience required; candidates will be provided with the necessary knowledge and professional training.
