Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst specializing in Margin Trading to join our Trading Service Operation team.

The successful candidate will work closely with Margin Trading, Risk Management and IT/Development teams to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and continuously enhance our Margin Trading and Risk Management systems.

This role is suitable for candidates with a strong background in Business Analysis within Securities, Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services, especially those interested in developing expertise in Margin Trading and securities risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and analyze requirements related to Margin Trading, securities trading, and Risk Management.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear Business Requirements (BRD), Functional Requirements (FRD/SRS), User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.

• Clarify business requirements and support the development team during solution design and implementation.

• Participate in UAT, prepare test scenarios, validate business rules, and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.

• Support production implementation and analyze issues related to Margin functions after deployment.

• Monitor market practices and new trends in securities trading, Margin Trading, Risk Management, and financial technology and recommend relevant system improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Securities, Fintech, Digital Finance, Banking, or Financial Services.

• Good understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirement gathering, process analysis, and system development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and structured functional specifications.

• Familiar with business analysis and documentation tools such as Draw.io, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Strong interest in securities trading products, Margin Trading, and financial technology.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with one or more of the following qualifications will be highly preferred:

• Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in a securities company or securities trading system.

• Practical experience or knowledge of Margin Trading systems, securities trading platforms, Risk Management systems, or Back-office systems.

• Understanding of the end-to-end securities trading lifecycle, including order placement, execution, settlement, portfolio, cash, securities, and Margin.
