Human Resources Business Partner who can blend strategic talent acquisition with comprehensive HR business partnering.
What You'll Do
End-to-End Talent Acquisition:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned business units, from proactive sourcing and interviewing to negotiating offers and closing top talent.
Strategic HR Advisory:
Partner closely with department heads and leadership to align workforce planning, organizational design, and team structures with broader business goals.
Performance Management & Coaching:
Guide leaders through goal setting, performance review cycles, career mapping, and talent development initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
Measure workforce sentiment, drive engagement programs, and implement proactive retention strategies to foster a high-performance culture.
Employee Relations & Onboarding:
Oversee smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with regional labor guidelines and internal policies.
Data-Driven Insights:
Monitor key talent metrics—such as time-to-hire, turnover rates, and engagement scores—to continuously optimize hiring and people strategy.
What You'll Need
Blended Expertise:
5+ years of combined experience in full-lifecycle recruitment and HR business partnering within a high-growth tech or digital environment.
Strategic Partnership:
Proven track record of serving as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on both hiring and talent management strategies.
Comprehensive HR Knowledge:
Solid understanding of performance management frameworks, employee relations, retention strategies, and local labor regulations.
Proactive Problem-Solving:
Ability to balance immediate hiring urgency with long-term organizational development and employee experience goals.
Strong Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and Indonesian, with the ability to build rapport across diverse, multicultural teams.
