Lead footwear development projects from sample creation through production readiness.

Collaborate closely with customers, design teams, merchandising, engineering, costing, and manufacturing departments.

Manage development schedules and ensure project milestones are achieved.

Review construction, materials, tooling, and manufacturing feasibility.

Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions during the development process.

Coordinate sample reviews and customer feedback implementation.

Support costing, material selection, and commercialization activities.

Mentor and develop junior developers within the team.

Drive continuous improvement in development efficiency, quality, and speed-to-market.

Communicate project status and risks to management and stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Footwear Technology, Industrial Management, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in footwear development.

At least 2 years of leadership experience as Team Leader, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Manager.

Strong knowledge of footwear construction, manufacturing processes, materials, and product development.

Experience working with international footwear brands is highly preferred.

Good command of English for business communication.

Chinese language skills are a strong advantage.

Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
