1. Ethics & Integrity

Receive, assess and investigate employee complaints, misconduct reports and potential policy violations.

Conduct interviews, review evidence, document findings and recommend appropriate actions.

Manage case records, reporting, escalation and closure while maintaining confidentiality.

Serve as the local contact for Regional E&I and coordinate with Legal, HRBP, Risk & Security and relevant teams on investigations and policy implementation.

Coordinate E&I and Conflict of Interest declaration cycles, follow up on completion, and manage related data and reporting.

Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on cases, risks, trends and follow-up actions, and provide local input to support the implementation of regional requirements in Vietnam.

2. Employee & Labor Relations

Provide HRBP with guidance on workplace conduct, employee relations and labor matters.

Handle grievances, workplace conflicts, disciplinary cases, labor disputes and other sensitive employment issues.

Draft, review and update labor policies, regulations, procedures and related documents in line with Vietnamese law and Company requirements.

Coordinate required consultation, approval, issuance, registration and communication of labor-related documents.

Monitor regulatory changes, maintain compliance records and recommend preventive or corrective actions based on recurring issues and risks.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources or a related field; candidates with a legal background are preferred.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in Ethics & Integrity, Employee Relations, workplace investigations, labour compliance or a related HR function.

Good knowledge of Vietnamese labour laws, labour disciplinary procedures and labour-related policies and documentation.

Hands-on experience in handling employee complaints, workplace investigations, disciplinary cases and policy implementation.

Experience working with regional and cross-functional teams is preferred.

Strong investigation, analytical, report-writing, data management and stakeholder management skills.

Good command of written and spoken Vietnamese and English.

High integrity, sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
