VSF is embedding AI-powered experiences - voice assistants, intelligent infotainment, personalization features, and other AI products - across the Vingroup ecosystem, from in-vehicle systems to standalone digital products, reaching users nationwide and, over time, international markets.

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst / Analytics Manager, AI Products to turn usage data, evaluation scorecards, and experiment results into clear, decision-ready insight for the teams building AI features across multiple products -  in-vehicle and beyond. You will partner closely with the Product Research function, AI/Data Science, and Product teams to quantify feature quality, track adoption, and validate improvements with rigorous data analysis.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Analyze usage and telemetry data (e.g., voice assistant interactions, chatbot/recommendation engagement, feature adoption, session data) across multiple AI products to quantify feature performance and user behavior patterns.
• Design and maintain dashboards tracking core AI product metrics (accuracy, latency, adoption, retention, satisfaction) across products and software releases.
• Partner with the Product Research team to translate qualitative evaluation findings and quantitative usage data into a unified view of feature quality for each AI product.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and controlled experiments for new AI features across the product portfolio, ensuring statistically sound conclusions.
• Build and maintain data pipelines/queries (SQL, Python) to support ongoing evaluation of AI feature quality and safety metrics.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to Product, AI/Data Science, Research, and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data quality, tracking implementation, and instrumentation across AI products.
• Support competitive benchmarking efforts with quantitative data on feature usage and performance where available.
• (If filled at Manager level) Build, lead, and mentor a small team of data analysts as the function scales, setting standards for analysis quality and ways of working.

Your Skills and Experience

Requirements: 

Must have

• 5-7+ years in Data Analysis, Product Analytics, or BI, ideally supporting consumer-facing digital or AI products (open to Expert or Manager level depending on scope of experience).
• Strong SQL and hands-on experience with dbt (or an equivalent data transformation tool) plus a statistical/analytics language (Python, R, or similar).
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests / experiments, with solid grounding in statistical reasoning.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards/reporting for product or business metrics.
• Experience building customer/user segmentation models (e.g., RFM or behavioral segmentation) to inform targeted product, growth, or commercial decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Vietnamese; working proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Direct experience analyzing AI product data (voice assistants, generative AI, recommendation systems) — understanding metrics like response accuracy, latency, and user trust.
• Experience building retention/lifecycle health models (e.g., churn prediction, retention trees, migration matrices) to monitor user health over time and trigger interventions.
• Familiarity with growth/product analytics frameworks (e.g., movable metrics, North Star metric design) to connect day-to-day analysis with broader growth strategy.
• Experience leveraging AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate SQL/dbt development and improve team analytics productivity.
• Experience in automotive/mobility, or other AI-driven consumer product domains (e.g., fintech, e-commerce, IoT/smart hardware).
• Familiarity with UX research methodologies, to collaborate effectively with the Research team.
• Experience working across an ecosystem with multiple business units.
