Senior C&B Specialist (1)

1. Payroll & PIT (1200 headcounts)

- Manage payroll, bonuses, personal income tax (PIT), and employee benefits for ~1,200 headcounts

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll through effective HR data control

2. Social insurance (300 headcounts)

- Manage all social insurance processes, including employee registration/deregistration, benefits administration, and reconciliation with the Social Insurance Authority.

- Responsible for managing and using the EFY system token for approval of social insurance dossiers

3. Labor Contracts (300 headcounts)

- Draft, manage, and renew electronic labor contracts and appendices; ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.

4. Other Tasks:

- Update employee personal information and organizational/job changes on the Workday system

- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding related inquiries

- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager

Yêu cầu công việc

- Experience: Minimum 5 years in C&B Operations, preferably in large-scale organizations

- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and Personal Income Tax (PIT).

- Systems: Hands-on experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP or similar).

- Skills: Solid data management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

- Attributes: Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to handle high-volume workloads effectively
