JOB OVERVIEW 

Drive revenue growth by hunting and developing new agency clients for AWING’s advertising solutions. Build and manage agency relationships, develop sales opportunities, consult on suitable solutions, and lead the process from prospecting, negotiation to deal closure. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. New Business Development & Client Hunting (80%): 

• Identify and proactively approach leading global media agencies to develop new business opportunities.  
• Manage the sales process from prospecting, solution pitching, and negotiation to deal closing.  
• Develop AWING’s sales pipeline and expand the client portfolio.  

2. Account Management & Business Growth (20%): 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency stakeholders.  
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new campaigns to grow existing accounts.  
• Develop long-term partnerships and expand AWING’s presence across global agency networks. 

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.  
• English: Proficient in English for professional communication (equivalent to IELTS 6.5); strong Speaking skills are a plus.  
• Experience: 3+ years in Sales, Client Service, or Account Management, preferably within global agencies or media-related companies serving global agency clients.  
• Communication, Commercial Skills & Mindset: Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and consulting skills; proactive, resourceful, persistent, and entrepreneurial, with the ability to create opportunities from scratch.  
• Marketing & Tools: Good understanding of basic marketing concepts and proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Base salary: VND 23–29 million/month.
