Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers is currently looking for #Legal Senior Associates and Associates to join our Corporate and M&A in HCM Office (Saigon Centre, 65 Le Loi, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) and Hanoi Office (Charmvit Tower, Level 10, Unit 05, 117 Tran Duy Hung St., Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi).

Description of position

• Advise clients on legal matters in the firm’s Corporate practice group, and other practice groups if the case arises.
• Supervise Associates and/or Paralegals within the Corporate and M&A practice.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, legal documents and correspondences to clients and other key stakeholders of Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers.
• Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles.
• Communicate with clients or other offices of Rajah & Tann Asia.
• Provide training and perform business development and other works as maybe requested by the Partners from time to time.
• Other related works as may be required by the Senior Associates / Partners from time to time.

• Qualified lawyer with 4–6 years of experience in Corporate and M&A for Associate and at least 8 years’ experience for Senior Associate.
• English fluency is essential; fluency in other languages is a bonus.
• Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment, including time and document management skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
