Senior Associate – Business Transformation | Business Consulting

What you’ll do:

► Co-create transformation strategies, business and operating models with clients.

► Improve business functions: finance, performance management, workforce, customer experience, and supply chain.

► Drive change in digital, organization, human, and business culture.

► Work in diverse teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

► Being coached by your leaders and coach junior team members and support project management.

What we’re looking for:

► 3+ years of experience in consulting or business transformation, business management.

► Strong analytical, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

► A degree in business, finance, or related fields (MBA is a plus).

► Fluent in Vietnamese & English.

► A proactive mindset, collaborative spirit, and passion for critical thinking and solving problems.
