Tuyển dụng Sample Material Warehouse Staff tại Hồ Chí Minh

1. Receiving & basic inspection

• Receive incoming sample materials (upper/bottom) from (internal & external) suppliers, verify shipment details (order number, model name, quantity, color, specifications, etc).
• Conduct basic quality and quantity checks upon arrival. Record and update receiving data in the system or logs.
• 1.1 Proceed material processing with T3.

2. Storage & Organization

• Arrange and store bottom materials on shelves according to warehouse layout and standards.
• Ensure proper labeling and easy traceability of all items.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.

3. Issuing & Delivery

• Prepare and deliver bottom materials to internal recipients based on requests on time.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to prioritize urgent requests.

4. Inventory Control

• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Report discrepancies between physical stock and system data.

5. Problem Handling & Reporting

• Identify and report abnormalities (e.g., incorrect items, shortages, damages, delays).
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
• Experience in warehouse operations or a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic understanding of inventory processes and documentation.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills (Excel or warehouse management systems is an advantage).
