You will mainly be responsible for supporting and improving operations for our existing business, Navigos Search.

You will work closely with Japanese staff to assist in system operations and contract-related tasks, and also provide support to internal consultants when needed.

A Vietnamese mentor will be assigned to guide you, so you can work with confidence and receive proper training.

As your skill level grows, you may also be asked—under the supervision of consultants—to create job postings and communicate with client companies.

Main Tasks:

• Revise contracts and coordinate internally as needed

• Input data into the business system under consultant supervision

• Assist in analyzing recruitment project data

• Prepare weekly progress reports

Additional Tasks (depending on ability):

• Communicate directly with client companies

• Create job postings

• Support new business initiatives

• 4th year university student

• Good communication in English

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Passion in learning business

• Can-do attitude and proactive

*A confirmation letter from your university is required

*Available to work full-time for 3 months
