5+ years of direct sales/business development experience with a proven sales track record.

8+ years of experience selling high-tech products such as OT to IoT in an automation enviornment.

Strong ability to coach and transfer sales knowledge to partners.

Experience building a qualified pipeline, identifying new opportunities, and exceeding sales targets.

Expertise in managing complex sales cycles and guiding extended teams to close deals.

Strategic thinking to identify and address customer pain points and needs.

Knowledge of Channel Sales and the indirect reseller model.

Experience selling to "C-level" executives in the SMB market.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers and partners.

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask managing multiple projects and campaigns
• Experience dealing with cross functional, matrixed teams

• The pay range for this position is $91,463 - $156,794 annually with a target incentive of 46% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
