Mô tả công việc Sales Regional Management Staff (Fresher)

- Monitor and follow up on monthly sales performance in the assigned region.

- Follow up on Dealer (DLR) operations to ensure achievement of sales KPIs.

- Monitor and analyze market demand, customer trends, and competitor activities.

- Collaborate with relevant departments and ISUZU affiliates to implement sales activities and initiatives.

- Prepare timely reports and updates on the assigned region for management.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to organize sales and marketing events.

- Conduct regular customer and market visits to collect updated information and identify business opportunities.

- Provide training and support to Dealers when necessary.

- Follow up and coordinate the resolution of Dealer-related issues within the assigned region.

- Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Automotive Engineering, Marketing, or related fields are welcome to apply.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Logical and strategic thinking with a proactive and dynamic mindset.

- Good command of English, both written and spoken (TOEIC 600+ or equivalent is preferred).

- Willing to travel for business and regularly visit Dealers/customers in the assigned region.

- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing is an advantage.

- Having a valid driving license and being able to drive is an advantage.
